The new Sunbeam 29.1 is equipped with a hydraulic swing keel. Optionally, the keel can also be steplessly adjusted electrically at the touch of a button from the cockpit. This allows us to respond to low water levels and offers owners maximum flexibility in their choice of sailing area.

With a length of 9m and a width of 2.5m, the boat is easily trailerable. Thanks to the hydraulic swing keel, which has a minimum draught of 0.85m, the boat stands low on the trailer and thus guarantees a relaxed and safe journey to its destination. Anchor with the SUNBEAM 29.1 where others cannot reach.

MORE FLEXIBILITY

The canting keel not only offers more flexibility, but also the corresponding MORE sailing performance with its maximum draught of 1.85 m. This is emphasised by the double rudder system and tiller steering. This is underlined by the double rudder system and tiller steering. The result is excellent handling with maximum control and agility.

The combination of squaretop mainsail and self-tacking jib offers the perfect combination of performance and comfort with a maximum sail area downwind of 47 sqm. On downwind courses, a furling gennaker or code-zero can be attached to the integrated bowsprit.

On request, the new Sunbeam 29.1 is of course also available with laminate sails and a carbon mast.

MORE PERFORMANCE

Optionally, the new Sunbeam 29.1 is available with a pantry module and a wet cell module. The smart thing is that these modules can also be retrofitted. This has several advantages. The boat thus adapts to changing customer needs and also offers the new owner the possibility of further individualisation in the event of a later resale.

MORE INTERIOR

All halyards and lines are routed below deck to the helmsman, allowing relaxed single-handed sailing with a clean look. Everything is tidy and has its place. This eliminates tripping hazards.

The winches in the cockpit are also available in an electric version. We also offer an electric anchor solution for the bowsprit. The autopilot is also conveniently integrated and installed below deck.

With our Open Cockpit Concept, we generate MORE usable space on deck with an integrated bathing platform including bathing ladder in the stern. This allows a comfortable exit after jumping into the cool water.

The detachable cockpit table offers enough space for 4 people and can be easily stowed away in the port locker when not in use.

Plotter and instruments find their defined place next to the companionway and thus integrate harmoniously into the design.

MORE COMFORT AND MORE SPACE

The new SUNBEAM 29.1 comes standard with a 4KW electric motor powered by Lion batteries. Furthermore, we completely avoid the use of tropical wood. As an alternative to teak for deck covering, we have been using RESYSTA on our yachts for several years now. It is made of rice husks and mineral salts, thus it is a natural product.

A defined area for solar panels is provided in the deck structure to supply instruments, fridge, and radio with energy while sailing. This makes it possible to be energy self-sufficient on the water.
